Provident fund not paid as per agreement

Honestly I am very disappointed with A Forbes. There's a lack of accountability, lack of empathy, lack of communication and no sense of urgency. I use the money for bread for the kids to buy airtime to call them because their email is useless. I still have not received my funds as promised. Lord knows what they are planning with other people's money according to the stories I've read on twitter. I called twice today and the last person I spoke to was wasting my airtime by telling me he doesn't know the reason behind the delay. I need to have my funds paid immediately. We are suffering. Do the right thing please.
