Provident fund not paid

Early last month I submitted a withdrawal form for my provident fund, and because the company I was working for said they were paying them, the company signed and stamped. The forms were correctly filled. when I went to their office the consultant called a few people to no response and then later on found someone that said I had no money in my account. Later on there was an email sent by Gregory to Kamesh to see if the allocations have been done. I then received an email. Then I was told to contact my HR. I was then told it will be paid and till this day I'm still waiting. More than a month later.
