Provident fund no correspondence

I resigned from my work, had a meeting with HR upon resignation to complete the fund withdrawal forms and ensure all is in order. <br> <br> The forms was processed and send to Alexander Forbes on 1July....Today is 26 July I have yet to hear ANYTHING from Alexander Forbes, regarding my fund withdrawal.<br> <br> I'm completely left in the dark, with what is happening with my requested withdrawal after 4 weeks, Im yet to receive any communication from Alexander Forbes side. Is the document correct? Is it being processed? What is happening?<br> <br> I have called Alexander Forbes but after waiting for a good 10-minutes to be assisted I decided to hang up. <br> <br> I have read numerous other complaints on this website about Alexander Forbes poor customer service and lack of communication, this is definitely a company I would not recommend anyone to do business with.<br>
