Provident fund nightmare

My provident fund claim was submitted on the 5th of september 2019.After numerous calls with consultants conveying messages to administrators my claim was processed 11 november 2019.I was told that they will invest the money for 3-5 days..from there tax issues will follow.I followed up and i was told a tax directive was received on the 20th of november and my payout will be in 7-14 working days.I have been counting the days to no avail.I spoke to a consultant today ,He said i should have received my payout by now but he will send a query to the administrators.Im concerned and worried that i may not receive my hard earned contributions.Please help!
