Provident fund nightmare

I received a message on the 1 Nov that my documents was received by Alexander Forbes I called on the 8th to confirm everything is in order they informed me that everything has been received it will take 7 to 14 work days to receive my fund. I called again on the 24th only for them to tell me there was a query raised now that I called and it will take 3 to 5 more days. I called on the 28th they said the money was released on the 27th more days I have to wait. We in December already and I have still not received my money. Why is it so a issue to get my own money and I have to keep on phoning because if I didn't phone to find out about the problem there was they would have never queried it.
