Provident Fund issues

I resigned from my job at my previous company and my last day was 17th February 2017. Up until today I did not receive my provident fund payment into my account.
I have called, follow-up on the matter with Alexander Forbes and every time I was given replies from all sort and then consultant confirmed that the money should be release by 31st March 2017. Then after several follow-up's I was told that the money was released and a confirmation from SARS was sent but for no specific reason the money was not released to me. I received a SMS on Thursday 20th April 2017 that the money will be paid to me after 5 working days which would be Friday 28th April 2017 and it will take a maximum of 48hours to reflect into my account due to the fact that you guys are paying from a Standard Bank to my Nedbank account.

Now taking all the above into consideration and the fact that I was expecting my money since early April 2017 based on SARS clearance and due to the fact that the delay was from Alexander Forbes side with no justifiable reason, I requested a statement about the amount that will be paid to myself and I was told to send an email with my passport details so that it can be emailed to me (which was done on Friday 28th April 2017). Then again this morning when I couldn't see the money in my account I have contacted Alexander Forbes again requesting a proof of payment which again I was told to send an email to get it which I believe is not right as when you release a payment you should provide a proof of payment automatically without me requesting one or at least being able to email it to me from the call center.

I am a very annoyed and unsatisfied client due to the fact that a company of the size of Alexander Forbes is unable to provide me with a proper service and reliable information stating that a payment released on Friday 28th April 2017 is not reflecting in my account still on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 knowing that Saturday is a normal banking day in South Africa and not able to provide any valid reason for delays in payment as well as no proof of any payment. You guys should work on upgrading your services to your clients. This is totally unacceptable.

Now at 17:32 I receive SMS :

S ABI Saad, your payment has been rejected due to an automated bank validation process. Please call Alexander Forbes on ********** 333.

I tried calling the number and it rings once and then cuts. This is totally unacceptable and *******.
