Provident Fund Irp 5. Sars request urgent attention

Im trying for the past few months to resolve my efilling. AF requested a tax directive from Sars. This was issued 24 Feb 2022. They then issued irp5 for 2023, this is incorrect. Sars rejected my efilling due to them not submitting the irp5 for 2022. Refilwe dont return calls, don't respond to my emails. Im currently been charged for penalties and interest. How long will this go on. Nothing but bad service. CAN SOMEONE FROM ALEXANDER FORBES PLEASE HELP ME.!!!!!!!!!
