Provident fund has been processing for 5 months

My name is Nonkululeko Maphumulo, i resigned from my duties with Capitec Bank Pty Ltd in October 2014 and i made an application with Alexander Forbes Financial Services to withdraw from my provident funds, each time i made contact i was told to wait there still busy processing my claim, it has been 5 months and i am yet to be paid, today i am told my money was paid to some account that i don't know, i have supp**** them with my 3 months bank statement as proof of no payment received from them, your assistance will be highly appreciated as i am falling behind on accounts payments and there not helping the situation.
