Provident fund

I have been emailing and calling the company since June, at first they told me that there was a problem with my bank account. Now when l call they always say l will get my money in 3 days.

Do l need to visit their offices? I'm tired of calling and not to mention my airtime, when the call cuts their agents they don't bother to call back, just imagine after holding for 40minutes.

I'm sure even SASSA get do a better service than this!
