provident fund
I injured on duty and became permanently disable14 years ago, according to my benefit statement i receive annually from Alexander Forbes, it says after 24 months of being so disable i will receive the lump sum, but since 2004 up until to date no lump sum if i call them regarding my provident fund they say they dont have my information although they send me my benefit statement annually they divert me to the other company and not answering my question.
