Provident fund

I left work in the month of August 2020, my HR sent all my documents to Alexandra Forbes on the 14th of August, I have been calling non stop for updates, only to find out that Kabelo Magolo claims to have not received my documents, she says HR has not sent my documentation through. I then forwarded the same email from HR to her again and I’m still waiting for a response, this is such an inconvenience to me, I have NEVER received a call from anyone at Alexandra Forbes and the delay has been going on for 10 consecutive weeks now.
