Provident fund
I'm awaiting for my provident fund pay out since February,on the 5th of June l received an sms from AF that my claim will be finalized within 4 weeks and my former employer also advised on the 22nd of June that my claim has been finalised but still l haven't received the money. Please advise what is the hold up to process my payment as l really need this money?
