Provident fund contributions not allocated or updated

My monthly contributions are still not updated and do not reflect on my profile. The last contributions received are still in July 2020. My employer paid money for two months earlier this month but, still not reflecting under my contributions. Another payment was made about two weeks ago which also doesn't reflect. Each time I make an enquiry, I'm told my query has been escalated to the fund administrator but, still no feedback or resolution at the least.
