Provident Fund Claims

<p>This company is so ***********! This company has a problem of keeping in contact with their Clients but when they want you to put money in their business, they can drive or take flights to do their presentations to the company MBD Legal collections, when it time to pay up its a one hell of a long process,. You contact them, make the claim, after they never get back to you. They tell you a lot of stories. I started contacting them in May 2016, its January 2017 I haven't received my claim, after tons and tons of calls which cost me money for airtime, being put on hold, and speaking to consultant who don’t have a clue what you talking about, tell you they don’t see your claim form. Money was deducted from my salary every month, that they could do, but paying it back they can’t see anything. They said 6 weeks to process the claim but after 6 weeks no consulted could see any Claim form on their system. This is so flipping unprofessional. It went as far as to the complaints department after couple of month calling and calling. I was assigned to Khwanda Khodani, who I send a AOB form too, who I kept contact with same story, now she said MB was delaying, and gave me Kuveshnee Ubramani from MBD who also said she did send the confirmation of emplyment and reason withdrawal to Khwanda Khodani and asked me to send an email so that she can CC me, she never did and I called her too,no response and she never contacted me ever since. I called again, no answer or Khwanda was unavailable. After months I called again after trying every second week to call a consultant answered and still doesn’t see my claim form. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and Eric Tshamano, I told him Khwanda Khodani has all the information to keep contact with her. Yes He Escalated my claim, There was progress up until I called him and he said the system has frozen will call me later and called me after2 or 3 days to tell me I will be paid by the 15 of December2016. Come the 15 of December 2016 no payment, nothing. After a week I called I was told they can’t pay me because MBD has not given them reason for withdrawal. But I told him Khwanda Khodani has all the information. I called Khwanda again she said she has it and MBD confirmed it, She CC me the Email and I immediately did the same to Eric Tshamano. No one called, No Email. I’ve been calling. If you do not call them they don’t bother to call you back even they see the missed calls on the phones screens.</p>
