Provident fund claim still not paid out

I am utterly disappointed in the level of service I have received between Attooh and Alexander Forbes. My last day at my previous company was in June 2024 and I have still not received my claim. There is constant blame shifts between the two companies. This process has been so frustrating, no one keeps you updated you have to constantly call and contact both parties and push for assistance. To date it has almost been two months and no one is efficient and helpful. I am at the stage of hopelessness.
