Provident Fund claim still not paid out

Alexander Forbes still has not paid out my Provident fund claim. I finished off at my previous company on the 31st March 2015. I have been waiting for more then a month for my claim to be paid out.<br> They advised me that my payment was rejected due to a bank validation process, i recently got married and my surname had changed, could they not have picked this up before the payment had been processed.<br> When i call the call centre it takes on average fifteen minutes for an agent to answer the phone. To date i have received no funds as yet after submitting supporting documentation three days ago.<br> Really annoyed and disappointed in the service that i have received.<br> <br>
