PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM. POOR SERVICE
I submitted my claim documents for my provided fund in April to their tracing company, who confirmed that they submitted them at Alexander Forbes in June 2019. since then nothing happened until I called them on the 18 Nov and they said they will escalate the matter I must call again on the 20th but I didn't only called on the 25 Nov and the guy said I must hold he is checking for me, he never came back to me, I stayed on the line for 40mins until they dropped. I called back no one picked up.
