PROVIDENT FUND CLAIM NOT PAID BY ALEXANDER FORBES

I am so dissapointed by the service of Alexander Forbes Profident Fund claim process.

Its been over their turnaround time and I am still waiting for my claim.

I will never invest my money with this company, its dissapointing and everytime I call to follow up on my claim I am told the same story over and over and I wonder if their customer service department do make notes on their system.

SO DISSAPOINTED, I CANT WAIT TO GET MY MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT THIS COMPANY
