Provident Fund Claim Hell experience. Brought to you by AForbes

My Provident Fund claim process started on the 6th of September when the lawyer hand delivered the Court Order to AForbes, it signed for confirmation having received the documents by ****. 7th September I called the Service Desk ********** 333 only to be told they are waiting for the documents that were delivered on the 6th of September already, and no one knew *** at AForbes. I Eventually called the switchboard and by luck they managed to transfer me to her, she referred me to *** from the legal team. Just when I thought things were going somewhere, but unfortunately dealing with her was the worst experience ever, this lady told me my documents were handed over to the Administrators for final processing, another lie. After another battle of daily calls expenses and no returning of my calls or response to emails, I got to deal with ****who was the only person in this hell experience who seemed to care enough about my frustrations to take ownership. believe you me, on the 4th of October I was told by *** that the was some documents missing from the delivered order. 5th October I had to go to Court to again to request the court order again. Now again I personally emailed the documents. And only on 11th October my claim was sent to the Administrators for final processing, and now I am told to expect payment on the 10th of November. AForbes received my claim on the 6th of July. My kids will be expelled from school end of October, that means nothing to AForbes. I don't understand why companies make it compulsory for their employee's provident fund to be with one of the notoriously worst disorganised organization of our time. This is the 1st time I've ever had service so bad that I found myself posting an official worst experience ever since I was born.

15min42sec on hold while the Service Desk Agent is apparently finding someone to assist in escalating this matter, because I can't wait until November 12 for my hard earned money. Today is my son's birthday and there's nothing I can do for my boi. And he will be expelled from school for nonpayments, this is all because of ALEXANDER ****EN FORKES.
