Provident fund claim delay

I have claimed my provident fund from Alexander Forbes in June. It is now September and still havent recieved my claim. I have submitted all the relevant documents for my claim to be processed. I have probably called them 10-15 times. The response to me will always be we are waiting on the administrator to let is know. Turnaround time is usually 2 months. I am noe officially waiting for 4 months. Poor service from consultants and poor service delivery. Unbelievable.
