Provident fund claim

I'm so disappointed in the way that this company conducts it's business. I've submitted forms to them to claim for my provident fund as I've resigned from my previous employer. It seems as though my claim has not been attended to because I have not received any communication from them of any sort. I've sent them emails which have never been responded to ,no one has bothered to respond to me. I wonder how many people go through this, I mean a simple response to a client to acknowledge them goes a long way. I'm utterly disappointed !!!
