Provident fund claim

Good Day

I'm fustrated by your service I have left the company Makro (Massmart) on January and I was told of transfer of funds from Sanlam to you Alex forbes which lasted almost 3 month. On the 26 April I received the sms that you have received my claim form and the payment will be finalized within 4 weeks and 4 weeks lapsed with No payment. 4 weeks ago I have phoned you and i was told that because I had home loan with Massmart you have requested settlement letter so you can apply for the tax and until now it is not resolved while you seating with my money that is not on market anymore for me to earn interest to it. I have been calling every 2 days and what I get is that you are waiting for the settlement, what kind of settlement that one have to wait 3 weeks to get.

Surprisingly this matter was discussed with the supervisor, and still today is not resolve and only feedback you get is that still waiting.
