Provident fund claim

Alexander forbes fails to live up to their promises its over 2months of me waiting for my provident fund to be processed and paid, everytime i call in their call centre that will keep u on hold for plus 1 hr before getting through to a consultant there is still no payment made, their clueless consultant don't even know what they are doing cos ever time i call all they can say is we have send your claims for processing thats all u gonna get, i am sick of waiting for over an hour to be told your claims is in processing and will be paid within 5 working days cause these are the words i have been hearing for the past 3weeks.
