Provident fund claim
Honestly i am displeased with how my journey has been regarding my provident fund which i need as i am in a financial situation.I have submitted documents in April 2023 thru 3rd party CSOEBS after i was requested till to date i get the same response that its still in process.A friend of mine who did her claim in May got her funds this morning.Honestly i am in disbelief as we in the 2nd month how am i suppose to live unemployed have funds but cant seem to get them?Been sending emails to them last one was still in process.I mean someone literally would get depression i have a child to maintain for all this.With no communication from both parties involved in the processing of my claim.
