Provident fund cash out option

Yerr... what an appalling service.

I have been very patient till today but no man! Can we get some feedaback atleast. I have called in a number of times, 3 times today only to be kept on hold until I ran out of airtime. I cashed out of my saving after being retrenched in Jan only for then to tell me the payment rejected die to my incorrect surname, which they captured incorrectly. I have since submitted my babk lettet and ID copy as proof and still waiting.

Companies realky need to consider certain aspects before binding employees to such nonsense.
