Provident fund
I resigned with my previous employer Life health care on the 31 March, on the 7th of this month (May) when I phoned to find out about the progress of the claim, I was told it's on the very same day that they've received the claim and I should expect payout in 4-6 weeks. Can someone do an investigation as I don't believe the fact that the claim was only received a over a month later.
