Provident fund

I submitted a claim with company 13 July 2017 they called me to say AF says there is no funds due to me, i called the AF they told me funds are there but no claim is logged, im caught between the 2 companies. I had to ask the company to send forms to me so that i can submit it myself, which i did, im now told by AF after calling them many times that company was supposed to submit claim. One of the consultant from AF said i can submit forms myself which i did however till to date my claim has not being paid after a month. When you call them they promise to call you back which they never do or they tell you they will inestigate. All i want is what is due to me pay my claim.
