hi I am not happy about the service that im getting at the Alexander Forbes , my baby daddy passed on in 2019 August, last year on the 20 October the claim was finalised and we were sent the benefit distribution and when i asked them when will be the payout i was told that it will be around the 06 November, offwhich that never happened, they didnt come back to me atleast to advise me what should be the hold up , i had to call them and every time i call the person who is handling the claim she is not available always, i sent emails , left messages but she never comes back to me. I decided to call the superior for Forbes if i can make an appointment to come and see them personal but due to covid 19 lockdown i couldnt. Then it happened that sometime in December i was lucky to get hold of the lady who is dealing with the claim and she just told me that someone who seems to be the baby mama has disputed the percentange however i wasnt told much of the deatails, i then asked the lady then how long should i wait for them to resolve the issue she again promise that she will get back to me and she didnt until i decided to call her again aroun the 2nd week of December and ask her again what is the hold up. She mention that she has spoken to her superior and i should get the corresponds from the deceased employer and that never happened, on the 06 January 2021 i called the lady at Alexander Forbes and i got hold of her and she told me the same story that i was told last year about the disputed . She then told me that if the other baby mama doesnt come back to the they will then consider that she has accepted what the have last explained to her regarding the benefit distribution then they will give the baby mama a deadline , if she doesnt respond by then they will do a payout, i was not told when is the ultimatum that was given to the baby mama, i then try to call the lady again at Forbes the whole of last week to know when is the deadline and when should i expect the payout and still no luck of getting hold of the lady. my concern now is almost 2 years since my baby daddy passed on and im still not sure what is really going on with this claim cause im the one who has to push them or do a follow up , the Alexander Forbes never even a single day contacted me regarding my query

I would love to be helped regarding this cause this money will help my daughter to go to school since she was financially depended to her dad , im no longer working due to covid 19, i was retrenced and i was working as a temprorary. Im drowning into debts to make sure that my daughter gets money to school , paying the transport, buying the uniform
