Provident fee Request from Alex Forbes
I've sent an email in May requesting for my provident fund fee from my previous employer Capita. Ive been sent back and forth. No response. Sometimes saying I do not have funds. Then when I've submitted documents from my former employer showing i have funds they say they running investigations. Till now I have not received my provident fund of 3years.I am so upset of their service.
