Provided fund payout

Since I'm still waiting for my pension fund money Since 28/10 to date when I call I have been getting different story every day and my colleagues the got their money in November some in December I want find out what's going on I was told to wait 72hours on the 15th of December today is the 31st and my debit orders returned unpaid on the 25th ,30th and the 31st. I owe the bank +2k for unpaid fees. Pay money I've worked hard for that money I'm tired to be played with my money and I'm going to send bank statements for the returned fees and I don't have electricity and food
