Processing of my pension fund

I have resigned from one the financial services company my last day was 2nd of Oct 2015. Then I received a claim number of my company confirming that they have forwarded my file to Alexander Forbes to process my pension, and I also received a SMS from Alexander Forbes to say they have my file. I have already called Alexander Forbes three times just to follow up on my claim. I was told that my claim will be processed toward end of November since I left my employer 2nd of Oct. I am not happy at all with AF process taking into account that I have to wait almost 2 months without any source of income for 2 months I have bond, my car and my other bills to pay. How do they expect me to pay my bills. I still believe that this whole thing can be resolved quickly without for me to wait for 2 months.
