Preservation Fund Membership Certificate

I was retrenched from work in October 2014. In December 2014 i lodged necessary correspondence and documents with Alexander Forbes requesting my funds to held in an appropriate preservation fund portfolio.<br> <br> In 2015 i was informed some documentation was not in order. Hence i completed necessary documentation and lodged once more with AF. I have been constantly chasing AF requesting confirmation of the preservation fund acknowledgment. To date i have not received my membership certificate confirming funds are allocated correctly.<br> <br> This is proving to be frustrating.
