Preservation fund application

when i got retrenched i opted for my provident fund to be put in a preservation fund, AF administrator Ammah Khola send me the documents to fill in and send back, all was done and i have not heard a peep from AF or Ammeh. This morning i phoned and got a bad line connection a few times from AF automation telephone and the person who eventually answered sounded like a person who got woken up out of her sleep. AF advise me on my preservation fund
