Poorest Service ever found

My last day at work was on the 28 February and all paperwork was filled in on the 1st March 2022. Paperwork was submitted 1st week in March 2022. I went to there office in Cape Road, Port Elizabeth whereby they the said I must sit and wait for a phone call. The person on the other side did not even ask who i am and just stated that my HR did not send the paperwork to them. I don't know why people's provident fund is with Alexander Forbes they should just move it to another financial service that is treating people equal and don't look down on them once they don't work anymore.
