Poor, very poor service

I am writing this review so that everybody can read and realize that this company is playing with elderly's pension life and savings. Alexander Forbes...... How do yo expect elderly people should live stressfull and problem free after 40 years of working to save up for that pension date when you take your time to get stuff done in time. It was asked three month prior pension date as requested by YOU, to make sure that elderly can go on pension stress free. You just cause more sh#t by delaying payout. And each time we phone you have a diffirent excuse on why this and why that and then this and bla bla bla bla...... You play with lives and it looks like you enjoy doing it. Its now three month later, three months after pension date and nothing yet. Should we apply 6 months prior pension date for our money. Do you know that we trusted you with our money but once you have it, you dont complain because we are worth nothing too you. We are just pensioners who work hard for our money so that you can play with our lives.... You as company are useless and full lies..... Do what you want with this but i get that feeling that you still will carry on doing the same thing and that is play with pensioners lives....
