Poor to no feedback provided

<p>I left my company in December and Ive been trying to get feedback from Alexander & Forbes regarding the provident fund payout.</p> <p>I finally got hold of a client relation personnel that was helpful, but I have still not received any feedback regarding this matter.</p> <p>I have sent all the required documentation to Alexander & Forbes and they still keep coming back to me with the same problem.</p> <p>Not to mention that you cant communicate with the representatives as you continously need to revert you queries though a general contact email.</p> <p> </p> <p>This isnt very helpful and it really prolongs the process</p> <p> </p>
