Poor sevice, poor communication, petty and invalid excuse and dodging questions.

This is one of the most useless companies that does not value clients and their situation. I have launched a claim for almost 8 months wat i hear is story after story. No replies no update jo communication. Alex forbes i now operating like a fly by night company that has a tendency of dodging direct questions from clients. In this particular regard the consultant whom i will name by name if this continues lacks proffessionalism and behaves as if i am trying to ***** my own funds. I wish if the deceased could wake up and remove his investmen from this company. All future clients kindly use another financial services and avoid givi g trauma to widows and widowers like what i am facing now.
