Poor services. I am so dissapointed and disgruntled
I have a benefit claim that was submitted 3 times with them, 2 times claim was submitted wrong and the one time it bounced. Their agents are really not helpful, everyte i am on a call with them they escalating something to the back and i have to wait for 48hrs. It has been 4months now. Very disgruntled and dissatisfied with them
