Poor services
I've contacted Alexander Forbes Financial Services several times across different months, asking for their assistance with a tax certificate for 2019 till today I have not received it, they have sent me for the tax year 2020. I specified numerous times that I require a tax certificate for this period 1 March 2018 – 28 February 2019. I've just been given roundabouts it seems they do not have record of it. SARS has asked for this information and now I'm not able to be submit due to outstanding tax certificate.
