Poor services

I wonder if they even know what they are doing. I have fund for a company i used to work for that needs to be payed out to me.This funds was reinvest on 15 may 2023 till today it was not yet send to sars .so i have questions to them who is responsible for the lost of the interest on the amount ? And their story is always the same we are waiting feedback for the administrator to tells us whats going on everyday the same old story .They say they are the best i think not ....they can not do their jobs correctly. maybe once they were good but not now i will never do business if them again
