Poor Service with tax certificate

Alexander Forbes has dealt poor with me and affecting my tax returns. I have raise a query where they sent a wrong tax certificate for tax year 20/21 but they do not answer calls and even emails. I wrote a review on Hellopeter complaining they called once and still the query was not resolved since they never called again.

I have had very poor service from this company that I am still surprised how are people still using their services.
