Poor Service Pension Fund

I visited the Brooklyn Branch of Alexandre Forbes and I was told that they are still waiting for SARS and I drove to SARS and I was told that the directive has been given to Alexander Forbes and a copy of that was printed and given to me yesterday. This proved to me that the issues of clients are not taken seriously by employees of Alexandre Forbes and I am afraid that suggests that it is a problem from the top to bottom, nobody gets held accountable for such poor service. Since my last complaint nobody even bothered to offer me a courtesy call and I can assure you there is a staff member busy making a personal call gossiping about what is gonna happen this weekend with friends while we the clients are being treated this way. So Should I make another trip again to Alexander Forbes and be met again by uninterested staff?
