Poor service on withdrawal
I have exited from my employer who was Clicks on the 31st May 2026. I recieved email on 21 June 2026 that my claim has been recieved and that it will be concluded within 6 weeks. I have been relentless in calling the fund. But it's the 6th week now they have not processed my claim. They are extremely unprofessional
