Poor service, ***** and ********

I resigned from my job in February 2019. Since then I haven't received my provident money from Alexander Forbes after I had submitted all the paperwork. Their call center is not helpful either. They are trained to sweettalk people. Every time I call, a different agent with different excuse or same answer call after 3-5 working days. I wonder why employers join us the fund.
