Poor Service Levels

I am really disappointed with the service levels received from this company. For 17 and a half years they have benefitted from the interest and services fees accrued as a result of my contributions, yet when I claimed recently they needed to verify that I was actually me. Nonetheless, required documents were submitted and I even went to Home Affairs to rectify the issue. On the 02.10.2024 I was advised that the verification was completed and disinvestment was in the process. The claim tracker has not moved on my profile. On the 04.10.2024 I called again for progress only to be told that the claim is still at verification stage. The 20 day turnaround time has now passed, complaints have been escalated with no joy. I even requested a manager to contact me yesterday and that was not even done! I shudder to think how much of a runaround I will have with this company when I retire. Should I die now, how will my beneficiaries access what's due to them? Will they have to take my dead body to your offices to prove that I am actually dead? I will never advise any young person to invest with you people......never!

Start taking us seriously if you want to prosper in this field because you are no longer the only service provider in this field!!!!!!!
