Poor service from Roxsan, client liaison officer.

This is my second review for this company; at this time directed to your *********** Liaison offer. Last week, I launched a review of which Roxsan Stoltenkamp sent me a nice well prepared email ( Or should I say was computer generated?). She told me that she will be dealing with my complaint ref MIL-268, and that she aim to resolve it within 4 working days. On top of it, she promised to give me regular progress updates. And I thought I was dealing with a person who understand the importance of getting my money. Little did I know that all AF client officers and administrators care less about investors. Furthermore, I even took initiaves to send an email, and NO response received. I even called this morning and again was told about before the close of the business (5pm) I should receive a proper communication. That never happened either. AF, would you pay my money into my account. Would you stop joking about this? Do you want me to escalate this further?
