Poor Service from Forbes

Over a year I'm unable to submit my tax return due to an error made by Forbes (incorrect tax directive).I've called their offices countless times but got no response. I even acquired the services tax practitioner and even she has got no assistance due to Forbes holding up this process. Please can you assist as Kelebogile from Forbes who was assigned this task has never given me any feedback to date and has been passing the buck to the accounts department
