Poor service from Alexander forbes

I'm desperately trying to get hold of Alexander forbes to send me a letter confirming my retirement contribution to submit to SARS. After countless calls and emails no one responded to me. It's extremely frustrating and I am seriously considering why I am even doing business with them.
