Poor service

I have been contacting Alexander Forbes consistently every week to track the progress of my pension withdrawal and there is absolutely no consistency in the feedback i have received from their agents. It is almost as if i am intentionally being sent from pillar to post. It is very frustrating that agents pulling information from the same system can tell you completely different stories.

Alexander Forbes needs to shape up!
