Poor service.

I'm really disappointed with everything about this company my brother passed on last year is 8 months waiting for the claim there was a friendly lady assisting me but now I've lost contact with her I've been trying to call her and email i can't find her... So my question is that if i can't find this lady there's no one can help me in this big company I'm really disappointed and annoyed I've been busy call theres no answer i wait for 30 minutes holding on the phone still no answer it keeps on saying press 1 to be called but that 1 doesn't find go to that option I'm really tired of this situation I'm trying to heal and move but6i can't because i still need to talk about my brother's things is been 8 months now but funny part it says this process takes 4 to 12 week sucha big company.
